I have installed "InstallMyTomtom.exe" and will be guided through connecting my GPS.
Subsequently, it enters the process of searching for updates, and on the website "MyTomTom writes that there are 2 updates. Navigator and map updates. I press" Start Download "and so is not much more.
Down in the right corner under "Show hidden icons" I can see that my TomTom is connected and it says "Busy - leave the navigation device connected" and I let it be, but after a while off my GPS and the connection to MyTomTom disappears, and it's starting over.
I have tried turning off all unnecessary programs from my PC, the programs that run in the background, I have tried to update 1 of 2 updates at a time, but with the same result.
Someone here who can help with advice?
