version 9.430 poor screen sensitivity

I have upgraded to version 9.430.this has caused poor touch screen sensitivity especially when i drag or zoom in browse map.
tomtom home 2.8 does not allow me to return to my previous version.
are there any updates i can get to resolve this problem. this is obviously a software fault

Try a pin reset on the unit.

It's not 'obviously a software fault' if only you have experienced it....

I've done it on three units and not noticed any difference.

What version were you on before?
Did you not make a backup before updating? You MUST do that if you want an easy life.....
With a backup it would be easy to revert backto where you were. Now we'll have to try to find a manual download of the old version.

I wonder what 'old version' he was running before? Could have been any number of things depending upon how long it had been since a previous update.
