US/Canada Map

Ok.....had several problems wih my TomTom One Version 3 after tryin to install the updates!!! Tried the reformat, and it wiped it clean.....Now it is not showing any maps on the update!! I really need the US/Canada map back!!! Does anyone have a backup???????

If you don't have a backup, call support and they be able to let you download the US/Canada map.

Just so you know, sharing maps are not allowed.

Is it even possible anyways? I thought the maps are authenticated to the unit somehow?
