Upper right-hand corner

A road name often appears in the upper right hand corner of my TT1 (V. 2, Navcore 7.X).
Sometimes it seems to be the road I'll turn on to next (essentially the same as what's displayed on the bottom of the screen), sometimes it's not there at all. Today it showed a road that I would have intersected with if I didn't turn left where I was supposed to (but a road that was not part of my route).

What exactly is being displayed?

Sounds like the "display next exit/signpost" is checked in setup??

It's handy on Interstates to show exit number, but on other roads it tends to display same info as on bottom of screen for next turn.
