Upgrading to a 630

Hi gang

I'm awaiting the arrival of a Tomtom 630 that I recently purchased online. Currently, I have a Tomtom One Third Edition. Do I need to remove the software and POIs from the Tomtom One or will the 630 recognize them? I looked for a similar thread using several keywords and struck out, so I apologize if this question has been asked a million times.

If you mean custom ov2 files you created or downloaded, then just copy them to the new map folder using Explorer.

The software (firmware) for the 830 is a free download if the unit does not come with the latest.
