Since Mapinsight was first launched, Teleatlas would send you an email that included a tracking ID for your submission. Until recently, that tracking ID was of no use. Now, after submitting map feedback, you still get a tracking ID but it can actually be used to see where in the process your feedback is.
The possible status items are as follows:
We have received your report.
We see the problem.
We are working on it.
We have completed work on it.
My report also had-
Report Status
Our automated processes have determined that there is sufficient information in your report for us to examine and work the issue.
It will be interesting to see if the status ever actually changes but it's nice to see them moving closer to Navteq's feedback process.
