Update Query/Problem

Hi,

I have a GO5000 and after my latest update today, a local map update ?; my connect says the device is up to date, while the device says the update failed.

Any help appreciated

What were you trying to update? A map? If so, the latest version is 955.

Hi dhn,

It wasn't a whole map package, just what "TomTom MyDrive Connect" lists as a "Local" map update. It was only 1K in size. I've had several of these "Update Failed" messages displayed on the GO5000, while the program that updates tells me that it is "Up to Date", which i take to mean successful.

Then it was a mapshare update that failed. They are having issues with them at this point.
