Update problems

Hi all have a Rider 550 and a 620, recently all my updates are failing 3 or 4 tines before the update completes. Is this just me or a general TT problem.

Might you have an anti-virus (like Kapersky) installed? If so, the next time try disabling for 10-15 minutes.

Thank you, I don't have anti virus installed, I wasn't aware you could install software to stand alone TomTom devices

MIne always crashes too. Have to restart the device, force quit MyDrive, restart the computer, try it on a different computer. The devices are great but udating them is a complete nightmare. Always has been and never been resolved.

Radar updates? If so, try installing the radar files one by one and see which file is blocking.

Might be some miscommunication there. Dhn was considering that you might be using your PC to do the update, and that AV software on your PC might have cause the problem.

For clarity - were you doing a direct WiFi download update or were you connected to a PC? What updates?
