Unit switches to listing local police stations

during trip. Seems to do it when I say something or turn on the radio.

I hit Reset twice but no help.

That occurs when there are several 'phantom' presses in the upper right corner of the screen. MOST (but not all) of the time, this can be solved by using a business card or something equally thin and stiff to work any gunk out between the touch screen and the bezel.

There have also been cases reported where the bezel itself is being heated to the point where something warps just slightly, and the bezel itself causes the phantom presses.

Let us know which model you have, and try the cleaning first to see how that goes. If it's still a problem, see if you can get your unit out of direct sunlight on the dash to see if that helps.
