Unable to update my 6250 at home

I have always updated tom tom at my home, fast and easy.for some reason now my updates do not update to my 6250 unit.
When I scroll through my WiFi it is telling me "Authentication Error" has never done this and I don't know is it the unit or my EE WiFi issue ? Any help appreciated

An idea: Tell your 6250 to 'Forget' the previous connection to your home WiFi and then set it up again from scratch to see if you can get the 'Connected' message.
