Turning off notifications in GO Mobile for Android when not in use?

Hi guys,

I use GO Mobile on Android 6.0.1.

When I am done with the app, how do I stop MyDrive Sync and GO Mobile from appearing in the notification tray?

Settings > Apps > GO Mobile + Forced Stop.

Will activate any time the GO Mobile icon is taped again.

So the only way to remove the two notification bar entries when the app is not being used is to force close the app?

You can't make this stuff up.

Can you make a screen print so I know for certain to what you are referring.

In any case, it may be a good idea to follow dhn's advice and call Customer Support.

I do not see that on mine.
Unless one of the other users can help you I still say contact Customer Support.
