TT730 not seeing TMC traffic adapter

Hey guys, I have had my 730 for about 6 months now and all of a sudden my TMC traffic adapter is not recognised by the 730.

I plug it in like normal, plug the power cable in and nothing.... Idaes?

Does a pin reset on the unit help?

Is the TMC the usb type or the older round connection type?

It's the USB type.

No it didn't get it going, but after taking a closer look at the usb plug on the TMC, it looks like one of the lugs has come away.. shall bring it back to store to investigate..
