TT one 139/125 Screen not responding

    Hi Folks, My Bro-inlaw dropped off his TT One 130/125 for me to check out. He just got a PC and isn't too savy yet.

    Problem with the GPS is that we can't get the touch screen to work anymore.
    Screen is clean, no dents or damage,
    I did reset the device.
    Ran the clear flash from the TT site.
    It will work through the PC to update and navigate, but TT Home wants me to start another account (I don't want to do that)

    Any helpful hints?

    BTW Bro in-law threw away the receipt and box so he's screwed at the store.

    Depending on where he got it, the store may have the transaction on on file (my family got mine at Best Buy).
