TT GO 720 Hands free issue.

    Hey Guys,

    I have recently just purchased the 720.

    Everything seems to be working great except for the main reason i bought it for, the bluetooth handsfree!

    I ca nsync my Nokia E65 with it all fine, and when people ring me or i ring them or comes up on the GPS unit, but a cannot hear it dialing, i cannot hear them pick up..i cannot hear them fullstop, and they cannot hear me!! :(

    Please help.. i don't know wheather its a hardware or software fault.. any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Hello Neil and welcome!
    This is a common problem with the 720.
    TomTom has made a update via HOME that is claim to help this issue. Some members state it has help and others it does not.

    I know that users have exchanged the unit and have not had any problems.
