TT 730 Does Not Connect to HOME

Hi. I just bought my TT730. I connected it to my USB and it loaded to the computer but HOME does not recognize it. SO I removed and conn the USB again after asking connect to computer the TT730 power cycles. It boots to TOMTOM logo, show the hand with the Red X mark then the Red X mark disappears then nothing happens.

Also right after plugging iin the TT730, HOME opens up but does not detect the device.

What could be wrong?

And try a pin reset on the unit first.

I'd suggest returning it to the retailer if you just bought it, then.
