I'm a Go 700 owner. Got as xmas gift over 2 yrs ago. Finally getting around to updating NA map (I know, silly move considering I travel for work which could be anywhere like Boston, Chicago, Stevens Pt, WI) My workaround was to use navigate to intersection.
Well, bought it yesterday. Downloaded tt home (wasn't 2.1 or 2.2 version) Connected unit to computer and tried to download. No go.
Went back in and tried to download 2.2, but got error message when I tried to run program.
My current map is a 619.0. I've e-mailed support, but I get the impression that it's going to be a while. So now, I've paid and been charged for something I can't get RIGHT NOW. Any suggestions?
