Trouble connecting Go 950 to Mac

I'm having trouble connecting my TT Go 950 to my Mac. Everything is up to date, tried every little thing to connect, but it won't work.

Getting frustrated :(

Do any of you guys have some guiding to help me connect?
I don't know if this is the right forum, but hoping for the best.

Thanks for any tips I can get!

Have you tried resetting the unit? Not sure if that model has a dedicated reset button on the bottom or whether you need to hold the power button about 10 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

Also, are you using the cable provided with the 950 or using a different cable?

Have you tried a different usb port?

And when did this problem start? (You mention everything is up to date so I assume you did connect at one time)

Connect my device

I can't give a direct link to the page that might help, but click on the third problem "Device not recognised by computer " and select Mac as the operating system.

Hopefully there's something there that will help.
