Traffic still active but speed cameras are expired, supposed to be lifetime updates for both!!

can someone at tomtom please help, as in title my speed camera updates have stopped when the maps and speed camera updates are lifetime updates.

If it is still expired, contact customer service to reactivate your speed cameras.

thanks for the reply, i have reset it, but still says expired, do customer service even have a number??
 
Am un Tom tom go expert nu funcționează camerele de viteza. Ce pot sa fac? În mesage îmi spune ca se serviciile Tom tom nu sint disponibile momentan și sa încerc mai târziu.
 
On GO expert you must have a valid subscription and your GO must be connected to a phone.
 
So basically the speed camera updates that say lifetime are no longer lifetime subscription?

This is now a complete waste of time, no one from TomTom actually helps you anymore, I now have a satnav that has lifetime maps and speed camera updates but the speed camera ones say no longer active, I won't ever buy a TomTom product again, I'm gonna see if I can have you under false advertising now.

Have you tried deleting the speed cameras via Mydrive Connect, then reinstalling them via Mydrive Connect?

You are on an unofficial forum, so if your speed cameras are no longer active, you must contact Tomtom customer service to reactivate your rights.

To receive speed cameras, you need to connect your GO to a phone.

No need for Mydrive to receive speed cameras.

Hi yes I've tried all that thanks, as for customer services, do you have an actual number you can call them on and they will actually answer. The proper TomTom forum got shut down, there were moderators on there that could actually sort these problems out, never understood why they shut that down.

There is no more phone to contact Tomtom but you can do it by chat or by e-mail

Only as long as that model is made. some tomtom go are 3 years old before you get them
