Traffic Service not available

Go Camper Max gen 2, GO6100.
In the past weekend I had a number of instances where the device showed that the Traffic Service was not available. Sometimes it went away after a couple of minutes or when I stopped and restarted the route.
It doesn't matter if I use WiFi or Bluetooth tethering. All other connected services seem to keep working.

Anyone else noticing issues with the Traffic Service?
 
The GO 6100 doesn't have Wi-Fi; how did you connect?
The GO 6100's SIM card must have been disconnected, so you need to connect to your phone via Bluetooth.
Have you checked the data sharing settings with TomTom? Also, make sure your phone is properly connected to your GPS.

I have a Go Camper Max gen 2 which has WiFi and Bluetooth tethering but no SIM.
I also have a 6100 but that is getting so ridiculously slow it is hardly usable anymore.
