Touchscreen No Longer Working after Update on 8/10/2015

I hooked up my TomTom One to update it before a trip, and now the touchscreen will not work right. It is not cracked, dirty, or anything else. The calibration has gone kaput. What do I do?

Probably not related to calibration -- too coincidental that it happened immediately after the update. Makes me wonder if it got firmware for a different res touch screen or some other crazy thing. Calibration drift on a resistive touch screen typically occurs over time to the point where it becomes unusable.
