touch screen not responding on 750 go live

Hi, after I tried to update my tom tom it will now not get past the first touch screen. Any ideas. I can use it if connected to computer but not when I disconnect it.

From what you say, it sounds more like it's completely locking up, rather then an actual touchscreen problem.
