Totom Go 50 setup countrys not working

When i try and set it up it lets me pick a language but when i get to the choose a country its completely blank.
I have tried a a device recovery procedure but it did not work.
And MyDrive Connect says its fully updated

Can someone please help?

What do you mean by "you can't configure a country"?

Normally, if you select Settings from the main menu, then Language & units, you should be able to change the language and country.

If that's not available, select System, then Factory data reset.

I cant even get into, when i try to set it up from a factory rest it wants me to choose a conutry but its blank so i cant andthat means i can use it

I don't know if this will work.

Can you plan a route from A to B?

None and nope i can set it up so all i can do is pick a language then nothing else

I am asking if the software reinstallation will complete the entire recovery process.
