Tomtom via 53

Hello,i am truck driver and i have tomtom via 53.. can i use it for trucks or its only for cars ?

It will certainly work in a truck, but if your particular truck must deal with road restrictions or load restrictions, and you need to plan for such things during your trips, you would be better off using one of the 'truck' models that includes height limitations, GVW limitations, load limitations, etc. in the map data. You tell these 'truck' models about your vehicle and load, and it routes you appropriately.
