This may be a stupid question
but I just got a via 120 UK model and I randomly noticed that when I shaked it, theres a tiny rattling noise, like theres something lose inside. Is this normal? Could it be the sensor that detects which way up the screen is? or the battery or the sim card? etc? Or is there something lose inside, like a tiny screw? lol
thanks

Hearing a rattling sound when you shake the unit is definitely NOT normal. Return it.

Thank you for your speedy response :)

hmm I may go instore to see if the display ones are like that.
When I used the word "rattling" I didn't mean very loud. Its just a tiny sound, like a pinball moving about.

Well, I didn't think you meant a bowling ball! :D

Seriously, it may be a slight piece of welding material broken off during production and it may be benign but the fact remains that there should be no rattle whatsoever.
