Tomtom Supreme is not allowing me to add a new map.

Hello. I have tried to add a new map into my Tomtom Supreme for the past month and I just keep getting the following message: "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again" Last time I added a map was in September 2025. I didn't have any issues. My available space is 30.93 GB. Has anyone had a similar issue in the past?
