I use this for another service and came across a TomTom support forum. It shows how many if any TomTom employees are monitoring the forum. This has been a useful support tool for me on the other product. I don't think it will ever replace a great user forum like this one but it is another venue.
It may be a better place for experienced users to go and answer some questions from frustrated TomTom users because upon a longer look the TomTom employee monitoring the group doesn't give much help.
