Tomtom Start setup freezing

My Start loops when it gets to the clock setting page, resets itself and then gets as far as the clock again. I've tried resetting it, restoring it, updating it, formatting it, removing the map settings and searched for system errors but I have had no luck. I don't know what to try next! I can't call in because I'm at work during their hours and can't install the software on my work PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Download the clear flash tool and run it 3 times:
Clear Flash tool (you may have to change the tomtom site to 'United States'

See if that helps.

Also, remove all mapshare changes from the map using Home.
