How can I add maps to my NAV3 TomTom Start 20 and Start 25 navigations?
My PC doesn`t recognize both and how can I resolve that?

How do you know it isn't recognized? Hint: It does NOT show up as a USB device.

When it's plugged into your PC, try putting this into your browser address bar:

http://169.254.255.1/mpnd/settings

See whether your browser sees your device that way.

Yes I tried PC finally recognize it but I have another problem. How can I add maps

If your GPS has lifetime updates, you need to log in to your Mydrive Connect account.

Or if your GPS is still supported by Tomtom, you need to buy a map update.

Can you give the first 2 letters of the serial number.

do you have any maps/backup files for Start 25, as I deleted maps by mistake and can't download it fro connect app and customer services wouldn't support this device anymore.
