I am glad to be a part of this website, really cool. I reason I stumble upon this site was because of an issue on my tomtom one model 4n00.005 unit. My kids played with this unit and somehow pressed the reset button on the bottom of the unit. Now, I don't have any maps or info. I'm still trying to find a way to get my data back without spending any more money.
