Tomtom one major problem!

I was recently updating my Tomtom one V4 and putting in new features and so on but at one moment it froze and until now I have been unable to turn it back on does anyone know what I could do to fix this?

What exactly do you mean you put in 'new features'?

Try to use the pin reset. I think for the newer ONEs you have to hold down the power button.
