Tomtom one error screen

I have an error on Tomtom one. As soon as i start updating, everything goes fine, till it reaches the hard drive step, where it stucks and i get this error message :
"Error writing file F:\ data.chk"

What should i do to have my gps fully working now?
I tried to do a backup with windows explorer, and it didn't let me copy 3 files, i think that this may be a flash memory problem, but i could use some help on it.

What were the files that Explorer couldn't copy?

Try this........

Start-->Run-->cmd and in the window that opens type this:

chkdsk X: /f where X = the drive letter assigned to the device by Windows.
