The first time I turned on my TomTom...and I'm trying to select my preferences and it says on the screen "setting to Guam". There isn't a place where I can change this to the US. Even when I try to go to manage maps...it only has Guam on there. How do I fix this???

Where did you get this unit?
When plugged in, you should see a variety of folders with your PC. One folder should be named to reflect a USA/Canada map. Do you see that?
