Hi i am a new member and having a problem downloading the speed cameras that i purchased. My PC does not recognise my TomTom. Keeps saying " unrecognised device". Can someone please assist as i am going crazy and need to use my TomTom as i am going on holiday in less than a week. I have a TomTom Start, model 1EX00
