TomTom Navigator 6 onto new SD Card

I have just purchased a copy of TomTom Navigator 6 on DVD and want to install this onto an SD Card so I can use it in my double din car navigation unit.

Could someone please let me know how this could be achieved as TomTom Home won't recognise the SD Card at all.

Just put the DVD in the PC and the installer routine should fire up, you need to be using Home 1,6 though for the PDA based software not the 2,7x version which is for the PND units - Mike
