There would be no point, as I’ve returned the item for a refund, as it simply didn’t work. Very disappointed with TomTom and the level of customer support, which is pretty much ineffectual.

I'm at the same point, Tom device correctly paired and setup, but not picking up on fixed cameras that have been around for years. Second time I went out in the car it did not automatically connect to my phone so I had to go into Bluetooth settings to reconnect it. WIll likely return for a refund as it is not fit for purpose.

I use the TomTom GO iPhone app which has very good speed camera coverage, but the same cameras do not seem to be reflected in the free TomTom app you have to use with the Tom?

Is this iOS 18 or higher? Compatibility for Tom differs from the TomTom app. Also check in the Tom settings of the TomTom app if the firmware is up-to-date.

Latest iOS26 and firmware updated when I initially setup the Tom device.

The device is a great concept but sadly does not appear to work. It is also a shame that you can only pair it with the TomTom app and not with TomTom Go. This means if you use TomTom Go, you end up having two TomTom apps on your phone. I use TomTom Go when on longer journeys or going to unfamiliar places, but for most journeys where I know where I am going I don't use it, hence why it would have been nice to have an always on simple alert system that the Tom promises.

The GO Expert app can only warn you when a route is planned. The TomTom app supports free drive so all that's needed is leave the app running in the background. Do not fully close it.

@Simon-G I'd like to come back to the missing warnings. Are the speed cameras missing in the data base (TomTom app does not warn either) or is the TomTom app warning you but Tom doesn't? If the latter, are there other Bluetooth devices paired with your iPhone? For me it just works with iOS 26.0.1.
