I'm at the same point, Tom device correctly paired and setup, but not picking up on fixed cameras that have been around for years. Second time I went out in the car it did not automatically connect to my phone so I had to go into Bluetooth settings to reconnect it. WIll likely return for a refund as it is not fit for purpose.There would be no point, as I’ve returned the item for a refund, as it simply didn’t work. Very disappointed with TomTom and the level of customer support, which is pretty much ineffectual.
I use the TomTom GO iPhone app which has very good speed camera coverage, but the same cameras do not seem to be reflected in the free TomTom app you have to use with the Tom?
