Hello! I changed my laptop and I can't connect my 5200 to the newly installed MyDrive program. When I try to update the map via wifi, the display says "oops, something went wrong". Please help! Thank you!

Hi
You don't need to install Mydrive Connect on your computer to do map updates.
Updates are launched from your GPS screen.

Unfortunately it won't update! The 5200 connects to wifi, syncs with my TOMTOM account, but oops, I get a message saying something went wrong.

Is your GO connected to your home Wi-Fi network?
The GO should not be connected by cable to your computer.

What update are you trying to install?

Yes, it is connected to the home network, and it is not plugged into the laptop with a cable... I would like to update the latest map of Europe.

I did a factory reset on my navigation system and now I can't even log into my TomTom account. TomTom service is unavailable, let me try later, it says!

Are you connected to your Wi-Fi network? If so, go to your GPS settings, then update.

To connect to the TomTom service, as the SIM cards are disabled, you must connect to your phone.

Afterwards, there may be a failure on the TomTom servers?

It worked! I connected to the phone and it synced with my account. The update is starting. Thank you very much for your help!
