hi all iv upgraded to a go 5000 how can i transfer my favorites to my new devicee

iv got the ov2 file from my old device

iv tried that all my other poi are listed but not my favourites
all my other poi are there apart from favourites

If your favourites are not in an .ov2 folder, they cannot be transferred.

it definitely a ov2 file
the file name is Favorites.ov2
it shows up on my drive but not the tomtom

Open MyPlaces and look at the bottom for the Favorites entry.
Tapping that should open a Search screen and you should see your individual favorites listed by increasing distance from current location.
