Tomtom enters Chinese PND Market

Tomtom has announced its entrance into the Chinese PND market with the GO 1050 World, and the VIA models.

Devices will be sold online and in local retailers in Shanghai and Beijing.

URGENT - My brother lives in China and will be passing through Shanghai briefly on 18th December. Can you please advise shop name plus address and phone number where he could buy a GO 2050 with multiple maps including China? Also, is this Chinese model able to be used with BOTH Chinese or English voice and keyboard options? Brian

The GO 1050 has voices and menus in Chinese, English, and many other languages. The Chinese model is a 1050 (non-LIVE), not a 2050.
