tomtom eclipse driving view not shown

Before I connected my device to Home I was able to see the driving view as I drove (Like a 3D view with upcoming streets visible). Now all I see is a blue screen with the words "Current position:" Any help would be appreciated.

We need more information.

Are you seeing this on the unit? Or in Home's emulator (Operate my Unit)? What model do you have? What map and version?

Do you have the proper map selected for your location?

Change Preferences/ Safety Preferences and one of the screens is "Hide Map Above a certain speed" change this to a value of 70+MPH as I would guess its set to zero to produce the screen you are talking about - Mike
