Apart from contacting Tomtom via support* https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360015568919-How-to-contact-TomTom-support there is no other solution if after 14 months your report is still pending I think it's dead.

I think you may well be right. Since it is not a road I use very often I think I will just forget about it and let other users curse the inaccuracy of TomTom

Sad to hear that. Because TomTom is not a free bug hardware and Software. Reallyt is quite bad.
They just think about cutting despenses sad really sad not like before.
For me is a red flag for future orders.
