Tomtom asks to give location permission on Android Auto

I'm a beta tester of Tomtom Go and Android Auto.
Few days ago Tomtom updated to the newer version and after that I'm unable to tun the navigation on Android Auto screen.
On the phone it works fine.
On car screen it asks to allow localization services, but I haven't changed anything. I double checked all Android Auto Settings as well as Tomtom and everything looks good.
Cleared caches, reset app, Android Auto to the defaults. Left beta programs and nothing helped.
Tomorrow morning I start my trip

Yes, we see there's an issue. Looks like it's rather Android 13 than 14. Can you please share the app ID and Android Auto version. Tapping the ID in Settings > About copies it to the clipboard.

A downgrade using an APK client won't help since then Android Auto isn't supported at all.

Don't know what you mean with App Id, but this is what i know for sure:

In the app > Settings > About the app ID is listed right below the app version. Just tap is and it's copied to the clipboard.

My Go Nav is in Dutch, but i think this should be it:

I have the same issue all 3 android auto units ask me to switch on the location service, yet it works fine on the phone

I have the same issue when using Android Auto as it asks to switch on location permission on my phone which is already on. This issue is happening since the latest update 3.6.283. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks.

You need to contact Tomtom to resolve this problem, this is a user forum.

I have the same issue with Samsung S20FE and Android Auto in my Mercedes A200 (W177). Works fine on the phone. Google Maps also works fine on Android Auto. It was working until using it today but cannot remember the last time I used it prior to today.

At the moment TomTom Customer Care can only collect the app ID and AA version. I'll pass on the info shared here and link this thread with the internal ticket. 2nd Level Support had already flagged this before I first saw it on a German forum.

Same for me, I am in Australia and here are App Versions. I'll contact support today but thought I'd share anyway.

Jestem beta testerem Tomtom Go i Android Auto.
Kilka dni temu TomTom zaktualizował się do nowszej wersji i od tej pory nie mogę dostroić nawigacji na ekranie Android Auto.
Na telefonie działa dobrze.
Na ekranie samochodu prosi o zezwolenie na usługi lokalizacyjne, ale nic nie zmieniałem. Sprawdziłem dwukrotnie wszystkie ustawienia Android Auto, a także Tomtom i wszystko wygląda dobrze.
Wyczyszczono pamięć podręczną, przywrócono aplikację, Android Auto do ustawień domyślnych. Pozostawiono programy beta i nic nie pomogło.

I am also facing the same issue after updating AA to 13.6 version. No use, even after down grading the version of AA. Uninstalled the Tom Tom Go and reinstalled but no use.
