hello everybody
i have got a tomtom 520 go and i have had a new charging block and a new battery fitted to it and now it dos'nt show any sign of charging it only works when it is plug into the car charger any help would be helpfull

Are you saying the power light does not come on at all when connected to the computer?

the power light is on but it's not charging

I'd try a different usb port on the computer, preferably in the back and try a different cable.

So you bought a new battery.. Did you pay for someone to fit it?

If so, I'd throw it straight back at them and tell them to fix it.

If you did it your self, I'd say it's a duff battery or a digital error... the ones on the end of your arms.
