Tom tom start 25

Hi I have a tom tom start 25 sat nav seriel number is BL4183K90984 when I connect to tom tom to update my maps it keeps saying the tom tom servers are busy and won't update but it's showing x2 updates 1x map update and 1x GPS fix I've replaced the cable with a genuine tom tom cable I've cleared the cache and I've deleted downloads folder so I've gone into the tom tom system and can see the last map update was released at the end of 2024 does anyone know if my tom tom device is still supported on if it isn't by the look of things tom tom isn't going to be in the sat business anymore can anyone recommend another sat nav that has lie time map updates thanks for any help given

Your Start 25, whose serial number begins with BL, is still being tracked by TomTom.

The Start 25 only has 4 GB of internal memory available. You may not have enough internal memory to install the update.

Select a smaller map.

Have you tried uninstalling MyDrive Connect and then reinstalling it?

Have you tried using a different computer?

Hi I updated to the newest version of my drive connect app I cleared the cache and I cleared the download folder I think I reinstalled my driver connect app over the last installation i assumed there would be enough memory to install latest update as I only have UK and Ireland maps stored to you know what the lastest UK and Ireland map update was for the tom tom start 25 please thankyou for your help I haven't tried using another computer I'm use a tower running Windows 10 but can try updating on my laptop but think that's running Windows 10 as well

The latest map version available is 11.50.

If it's been more than 18 months since the GPS was updated, it may be blocked.
Contact TomTom to unblock the update.

Hi followed your advice to remove tom tom my drive connect app then re installed it and hey presto it worked I've updated to latest maps and latest GPS fix thankyou
