Tom Tom resets when choosing voice.

Hi There

When i switch my Tom Tom One 3rd edition it asks me to select language, then tim and time format and then goes onto choosing a voice. When i go to choose a voice it freezes for a little while and then reboots going through the same cycle. It is a year old and out of warenty. Any ideas?

What application and map are installed on your unit? (tap the satellite bars to see the application version. Tap the version number to see the map installed).

Also, is your unit one of the One's that requires a sd card? (There are sooooo many One models and I can't keep them straight, especially a European model that yours appears to be).

Have you tried a unit reset? And, if it is one requiring a sd card, maybe the card is the issue).

Lastly, you may want to run the Clear Flash tool found here . Dl and run it 3 times. See if that helps.
