Tom Tom Go 730 keeps neding reset to start

My Tom Tom has been working fine for more than 12 months. Recently it won't start so I reset it but now it never starts up without reset. The battery is showing as fully charged. Any ideas?

Found the answer in previous posts :-

To fix this problem, do a pin reset. Then open up Tomtom HOME, run "Operate my GO/XL/ONE/RIDER". Then within the emulator program go to "Manage Favorites" and rename a favorite. Then click Done, wait for the "still writing X" to disappear from the Tomtom, then click the blue disconnect button on the lower right of the screen. You can rename the favorite back to its original name on the Tomtom if you wish.
