tom tom go 720 - Cannot see screen

    any one can help i have a tom tom go 720 you cannot see the screen and it goes on and off but when connected to pc the screen stays on anyone have any ideas

    Do you have a battery savings set to dim between instructions?

    Is the battery fully charged?

    battery saving preferences is on never turn screen off
    switch off when external power is lost ticked

    May be a sign that the battery is not sufficiently charged. Keep it connected to the computer for a few hours and then see if it's working better.
