Settings in the main menu, then Appearance. Select Arrival Information.

Are you saying that you are receiving no traffic information at all, or that there is something wrong with the way the delays are being displayed?

If you haven't already started to use your cell phone to get your traffic data to your 6200, this might be the time. I prefer to use WiFi rather than Bluetooth, but both are options.

As you no doubt know, some European providers (O2 in the UK, for example) have already started pulling down their 2G network.
