probably here this a lot every time i i try to hookup to computer to update it will get stuck on start up i have tried to reset it to still just stuck please help is there a reset pin hole some where??

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

no go on the reset just the drum sound its ben charging now for 4 hrs
