Tom Tom 710

Hello,
I am new to this.
I have a TOM TOM 710 but every time I attach the Tom Tom to the docking station and add it the car window the Tom Tom moves down wards as if it is to heavy for the docking station.

Can anybody help please

Either the ball or socket is worn.
I would carefully twist it apart and add a thin paper strip before wedging together.
The strip must not be slippery.

Thank you for your help. The ball feels like it is sticky

If it is sticky, how can it drop. Hold the window suction part in your hand while attaching the 510. is it still sticky?

There may be others with the same problem, Tina.
Can you explain what he did to make it work properly?

It was not tightened up enough on the window screen. Once this was done the satnav did not move
