Tom Tom 630 stuck on - I agree page (resolved)

I was doing a backup and my PC shut down and now my TT is stuck on the I agree page .. Will a reset fix???

Give it a shot. The pin reset hole is on the bottom of the unit. Make sure the item you use (straightened paper clip, maybe) does make contact with the switch in the hole.

It makes a reset but the screen buttons like I agree or yes for connect to computer don't work .......

Yes I have three backups on three PC's .. They have come in handy today ..... as I used the latest one of May 17th ..

Yes it has been fixed and the device has been replaced with a refurb ..
